What are the deposit requirements for each cabin?
The DEPOSIT is per person based on double occupancy. THIS DEPOSIT AMOUNT will automatically be deducted from your total cabin price.
Is there a Payment Plan offered?
Yes, there is a payment plan. When booking it is required to pay the minimum deposit per person (deposit varies on the type of cabin). Monthly payment amounts will be determined according to the amount of months from the moment of booking and the deadline payment date. (All monies paid are non-refundable unless you purchase travel insurance).
What is your cancellation policy?
All payments are non-refundable. We strongly recommend purchasing Travel Insurance. Cabins are non-transferable. The account holder is solely responsible for each cabin and travelers.

What travel documents are needed?
Must provide valid passport OR government issued ID and U.S. Birth Certificate.
U.S. Residents: Must provide valid passport and green card.
Non U.S. Citizens: Must provide valid passport and travel visa.
How do I get to the Port of Miami?
If you purchase transfers, when you arrive at the airport there will be someone from Elite ViP to greet you and show you to the shuttle/Private Car Service that will take you to the ship.
Miami International Airport: 10 miles, approximately 20 minutes. Ft. Lauderdale Airport: 25 miles, approximately 45 minutes. (Travel times depending on traffic conditions).
Directions: From I-95: Take I-95 north or south to I-395. Follow the directional signs to the Biscayne Boulevard exit. When you get the Biscayne Blvd., make a right. Go to 5th Street, which converts, into Port Blvd. (Landmark: America Airlines Basketball Arena.) Make a left and go over the Port bridge. Follow directional signs to designated terminal.
From the West / Airport Vicinity: Take FL-836/Dolphin Expressway East. Stay straight and go through the tolls. Stay straight to I-395 East. Follow the directional signs to the Biscayne Boulevard exit. When you get the Biscayne Blvd., make a right. Taxicabs are available at terminals. The fare between the Miami International Airport and Port Miami is currently a flat rate of $14.
Will the Artisits be on board the whole time?
Our artists are excited to join you on board for the whole event. However, there may be some cases where they must join us during the trip or depart early due to schedule or family commitments.
When should I plan to arrive and deport from Miami?
When booking flights we recommend that you arrive in Miami no later than 12:00pm, or in Ft. Lauderdale no later than 11:00am on October 10th. Return flights should be arranged to leave Miami after 12:00pm on October 17th, or leave Ft. Lauderdale after 1:00pm.

What is service gratuitie (TIPs) price and policy?
The automatic service gratuity is $14.50 USD per person, per day for guests in Junior Suites and below, or $17.50 USD per person, per day for guests in Grand Suites and above, applied to each guest’s SeaPass account on a daily basis. The gratuity applies to individual guests of all ages and stateroom categories. As a way to reward crew members for their outstanding service, gratuities are shared among dining, bar & culinary services staff, stateroom attendants and other hotel services teams who work behind the scenes to enhance the cruise experience.
In the unlikely event that a guest onboard being charged the daily automatic gratuity does not receive satisfactory service, the guest may request to modify the daily amount at their discretion by visiting Guest Services onboard and will be able to do so until the morning of their departure. Guests who have pre-paid their gratuity will not see a daily charge during their cruise.
The automatic daily gratuity is based on customary industry standards. Applying this charge automatically helps streamline the recognition process for the crew members that work to enhance your cruise. We hope you find the gratuity to be an accurate reflection of your satisfaction and thank you for your generous recognition of our staff.
What Travel Protection Program does Royal Caribbean offer?
Make sure nothing gets in the way of your adventure with your cruise Travel Protection program benefits, including medical, baggage and Evacuation coverages to protect you during your trip. With the Travel Protection Program Cancellation Penalty Waiver, if your plans go awry and you cancel your cruise vacation (for specified reasons), Royal Caribbean will waive the non-refundable cancellation provision of your cruise ticket contract and pay you IN CASH the value of the unused portion of your prepaid cruise vacation. In addition, should you need to cancel for "any other reason" you may be eligible for credit toward a future cruise - up to 75% of the non-refundable, prepaid cruise vacation cost.
Because our liability for loss or damage is limited by the Cruise Ticket Contract, we recommend that all guests check their own insurance coverage or consider purchasing the Royal Caribbean Travel Protection Program. Travel Protection program is $100 per person
